Refrigerator ice maker

I have a Dometic Model RM 7832 refrigerator with ice maker. I am not getting water to the ice maker. The water valve that is accessible from the outside is not opening. Suggestions?

You confirmed water is getting from the filter to the solenoid? The ice tray dump is making a complete cycle? It could be either a microswitch or the solenoid itself. My guess.

Blue solenoid is 120 volt powered. You can cut a drop cord off, and wire it direct, it should open when power is applied.
If your ice maker turns out being bad, I got one at Home Depot. They are also on ebay. Same as house.
