Dash Cupholder Removal

We are changing the ultra leather on our dash. Does anyone know how this cupholder (see picture) attaches?  Would like to find a complimentary corian color for the new ultra leather and have this piece remade. Has anyone done this?

If it's like my 1999 you can lift up the dashboard cover (it's hinged), then lift up the center cover.  Possibly the cupholder is screwed to the center cover from underneath?

I have used Corian countertop fabricators to make custom pieces.

Lifted up this panel and nothing obvious to remove corian piece.

When you get it off is there a chance you could trace the outline on a piece of paper and mail it to me so I could make one out of wood to install on my coach? If you would I will send you my address by PM. I will be glad to pay for shipping and your trouble.
