So...

Are you stating you have airflow coming out ceiling vents on driver's side but no airflow coming out ceiling vents on passenger side?

Or are you asking about dash air conditioning/dash vents?

If the latter, there is a rotary switch on the magazine rack by the passenger that changes the set of vents the air flows out of.  Rotate it (if this is the issue) to a different position to see if things change.  Report back.

OP PM'd me to say

"i turn the knolds to floor /dash all dead"

So if I interpret this correctly, no response from rotary switch on the magazine rack.

Fred - best to post here vs sending me a PM so others can see what you're trying and offer their expertise.

When they were trying to get away from the HVAC vacuum operated doors and controls they tried several different systems.

On some coaches in this time frame they used a several diode trios in the HVAC system. These control several functions in the dash controls. You could have a failure in this area causing the knobs to be dead.

Somewhere around the time this coach was built that they also tried a system that had an ECM that controls all the split dash HVAC actions?    I can't remember if each side (drivers/passengers) have a separate breaker.

Just a thought or 2

It could be something as simple as the flex duct for the passengers vents has come loose.  Have you opened the front panels and taken a look.  I posted a thread (with pictures) several years ago about how to open up the dash.
