Joey Bed

Last week I noticed the passengers side Joey bed wasn't locking. The ski rack I made puts all the weight to the inside of the bed
and it tilts to the back so it won't lock. I welded a piece of 1/4 inch plate to the striker plate so it locks great now. I may do the same
to the other side someday. Sorry about the lousy picture and I forgot to take a picture of it after I painted it.

Old guy are your bearings out of adjustment or worn?  My joey bed has very little play in vertical motion, just curios!

The bearings are in great shape and as far as I can see the bearings aren't adjustable they need to be put in the right place. this fix will
work.
