If that is original trim, maybe not, it has been off before. Holes would have been filled at the factory. Get a thin pry bar for trim and start on the upper corner least likely to be noticed if you mar the surrounding wood. Once you get it up a bit put a thin piece of paper board under the end to minimize marks.
