Body shop California

Looking for body shop repair for major damage to drivers side. Friend turned to short and caught 3 bay doors and slide in front of rear wheel. Oregon, Arizona will also work.

This may make no sense to you, however, I've owned a body shop.  My advise is to get your rv to Extreme in Texas, unless you only plan on keeping this rv a couple years.

Poorly worded should have said shop like Xtreme in NAC. They may have to head back to NAC if nothing available on west coach.

I was at Xtreme last month for some minor body work and paint.  Rance is an artisan and highly recommended.  However, he cautioned me, "if you can't come back here for paint and body, DO NOT go to an automotive body shop, take it to a boat repair shop that knows how to repair gelcoat."  Or you'll end up with what I had, yellowing, peeling clearcoat over the wrong paint and gelcoat by a  PO's car body shop repair job.  Just sayin.

kphouse, I, too, am a great fan of the Stallings at Extreme. However, I had some really nice body repairs on several of my Foretravel's and my Mercedes at a local truck repair facility with an oven big enough to take school buses,18 wheelers, etc.
No RV! Have hung up the keys.

California was the forerunner of the fiberglass boat manufacturing industry and has the experience to repair any kind of damage. Many shops here today that can repair a Foretravel as well or better than anywhere. Do a search for a good read here: "Heart of Glass."

On the other had, we could all see how the new front and rear caps from a Marco Polo were grafted on a Foretravel in Mexico. Nice but probably too much labor cost here.
