RUBBER SEALS ON DOCKING LIGHTS

Good day!
Does anyone have any insight on how to get the rubber seals (cups) off the original docking lights on my 1998 U320?
I would like to replace them with LED lights but cant seem to get the rubber cup off.

They are tight and stiff.  Try running them under some hot water to soften them up.  And then it is just pry them off as carefully as you can.  A bit of silicon plumber's grease might help ease them back on.

If you have a heat gun try that, not much.  I just carefully pried mine off.
