Need new inverter charger

Just got to the coach and noticed that I have two faults a warning flashing and the fault is solid red on my Zen tracks pro sign control panel no other lights are lit .
my powerline monitor right next to it shows 127 and 125 V
Victron connect shows house batteries at 79 %.
Got a fault code of 207

If the OEM Prosine 2.5, the manual is in the files section

https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?action=media;sa=item;in=1186#viewitem

Troubleshooting starts on p.87;

Error code 207 says

(FYI, if it's a internal fault, time for a new inverter.  The Prosine 2.5/3.0 are not repairable)

Thanks Michelle
I'm doing the 15 minute AC/DC disconnect to see if that changes anything.
Is shutting off the salesman switch and killing the main circuit breaker 50 amp enough as far as removing power both AC and DC to the inverter?
My next question is going to be can I turn on the generator and drive the coach from Brunswick Georgia to Nacogdoches I have an appointment on Tuesday

Sure.  Even if neither the inverter nor charger section are working, both battery banks will charge from the alternator.

And, if you do need 120 VAC while on the road, you will need the generator ON.  Probably need it for A/C anyway this time of year.

Worse case is if you are stopping for a few days is to buy an inexpensive battery charger to keep the batteries up.

Thanks Brett I was planning on just leaving the generator running all the time.
Do I need to turn on the boost switch

Looking at the wiring schematics it looks like there's a 350 amp fuse connected to the inverter converter which would have to be disconnected to kill the power completely

I'm not sure - check the schematics to see if that salesman switch on your coach cuts the connection between batteries and inverter.  The DC to the inverter would come from the house batteries, but I don't recall how FT wired in the 12V cutoff switch by the door.

I see you've ID'd a high-amp fuse that would need to be pulled - that should be the "ginormous" one on or near the back wall of the passenger side bay with the hatch to the house batteries.

Good evening everyone,
Arrived at the coach today and found that I had a fault code on the pro sign control panel.
207 was the code.
I disconnected the inverter charger from the batteries & A/C for 15 minutes as per the manual.
The code went to three zeros but I still had no functioning inverter charger.
I recently installed a new alternator L/N and battery isolator (same as what was on the coach ) and it looks like I'll be needing a new inverter charger any suggestions as to what I should get?
I am heading to NAC for a previously scheduled appointment.

Frank, you will most likely get at least one suggestion for every one that is available.  I went with a Victron Multiplus 3000VA. Connections are easy, it has more capacity and capability than the OEM Prosine. And it has several additional features that add value. It has a 5 year warranty, better than any of the other choices. You can get it from Bay Marine Supply ($1285) and get a discount with the "ffmember" discount code.  They are available from other places as well, some have used Northern Arizona Wind & Sun with good reviews.

Whatever you select, someone here has used it and can offer up some support as needed.

Yes. True sine wave versus modified sine wave.
Modified sine wave is a square wave chopped up into smaller bits but still rough as all get out, and good for universal AC/DC motors and electric lights with a filament.

True sine wave is what the power company provides.
