Statpower fault light .

I plugged my coach to charge on a 15 amp regular plug and I got this fault light on my statpower control panel and Warning flashing.
I then started the generator and also the fault light came on .
any taughts as to what might cause this.

there is this Fuse in the Bay  with access to batteries and the ends are dark see pictures.
also in the hydraulic bay i have this relay that when googled looks like a bird charging and that was hot.
are this related in function.
is the flat fuse ok with the roasted ends.
would the relay cause all this.
the relay reads 15 ohms
but not sure how to test it.
when I plug in the coach there is a loud sound in the box where the blower fan goes but if I hold a screw driver on the relay when I plug it in I sense on movement  from the relay.
the coach
Any wisdom is greatly  appreciated.

Also I would like to know if there are any Foretravel owners in Sacramento  Ca area.

By Statpower, I believe you're referring to the Xantrex Prosine inverter panel looking at the picture.  Not sure what year coach you have.

Instruction manuals are in the Media section https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?action=media;sa=album;in=461

The Prosine 2.5/3.0 manual  https://www.foreforums.com/index.php?action=media;sa=media;in=1186  has the fault codes in it towards the end, around page 87, (and tells you how to get the fault code).  You can go from there once you know what is causing the fault light.

FYI, if it's an internal issue with the inverter, that model inverter is not repairable.

ok.

so apparently the Gen Fault was for low oil level when I opened the gen door it was right there.

I was on a incline parking and thats when the fault came one.

the Code for the inverter is 202

open Relay

I have a 2003 U320 450ism.

I looked at the electrical schematics and I noticed a relay under the bed.
so I went and looked there and there were few connections .
on the right there was a VSR  voltage sensitive relay module with the red light on it had power on both sides of the box.

there was another relay with large side prongs and 2 smaller ones up front kind of like a head with ears (2 large prongs  )and yes 2 small prongs. markings on it was 622-12v 1FA this guy also had power on both sides of the large prongs and it was identical.
on the small prongs it read some .003 ohms.

then I went to the one in the hydraulic bay that was hot and when  I put the multimeter to check voltage to the positive and was grounded on the chassis it clicked .

but the fault code did not clear.
I need to change the house batteries asap they are 10 years old and look like they have never been maintained..

Not sure without a photo, but are you talking about the battery isolator and/or possibly a relay used to charge the engine batteries when the coach is plugged in (like a Trik-L-Start, but slightly different)?

Those are not part of the inverter circuitry and would have nothing to do with "open relay" as a fault code on the inverter.  "Open Relay" would be a relay in the inverter itself.  That would not be repairable if that's what it is.

Could you possibly edit your forum profile to put your coach information in your signature?  It really helps others when they are trying to offer guidance on issues since it shows up automatically in all of your posts.

The blue finned thing is your battery isolator.  The voltage sensitive relay is essentially like the Trik-L-Start.

On the panel adjacent to the isolator, I believe the silver can-shaped device is your boost solenoid.

These components aren't related to an inverter fault (and the inverter does not know about that relay since it's not part of its wiring).  Fault code 202 refers to a stuck relay within the inverter.  It sounds like your inverter has failed.

Here's a topic from last week that has a suggested replacement and sources Need new inverter charger

The stuck relay fault code may clear after you replace the ten year old batteries, that you say appear not well maintained.
