Magazine rack screw heads

Need to remove the magazine rack but what are the screw heads to take the rack off to get to the outside light ballast below on the floor?

What is hid in there is the magic touch control device. The screws that you are looking for can be seen when you remove the step well cover switch off the front of the cup holder portion.  Once out of the way then you can take a flashlight and look down inside. In there you should have 2 or 3 square head screws that will need to be removed.  It will take a square bit extension about 8"  long to reach them. Depending on which magazine  rack you have will depend on if you have 2 more that are covered with wood plugs. (those should be easy to see) Seems like there are some pics. around here somewhere that kind of shows what I am talking about.
