Height Control Valve Repair Kit - Exhaust Cover Kit

What's the secret to getting the rubber cover on the control valve?  I am replacing the cover and filter on the front ride height control valve. I can barely reach it laying on my back and sitting up where I can get both hands up there it's directly over my head and I can't see it. I tried soapy water and turning it inside out and trying to pop it on with no luck. Help me Guru's.

I turned it inside out then pushed the sides up without any lubricant.

I tried turning it inside out with and without lubrication. It is really stiff and and I could hardly do it on the bench and it was impossible one handed laying under the coach to pop it on.

I had my coach raised up and on blocks did it from the seated position with 2 hands.
