I just wanted to thank Rudy again for helping me out with some AH questions and a problem or two I had.  There aren't a lot of folks left who will take the time to technically explain something with a stranger on the phone.  I have a lot of respect for him.

I second that!  Being relatively new to the foretravel world I have had some rather basic and sorta stupid questions about my AH system. He certainly has taken the time and in fact has asked me to call him for further explanations when really confused    Vital information for a FT owner here in Canada!!

I first met Rudy when I bought our Newell years ago.  Mel called and asked if we wouldn't mind meeting this Aquahot guy.  Sure, didn't know much about the AH anyway.  Instant friendship, Rudy has helped me many times on the AH and other stuff.  And I've watched him help others throughout the years.  Truly a scholar and gentleman.

we went out to dinner with Rudy when he serviced our aquahot and had the pleasure of meeting his wife Caroline.
Rudy gave me a complete history lesson on Texas while we drove to the restaurant.
He was a speaking encyclopedia.
