2003 3rd brake light

On my 2003 u320 the center brake (3rd) has some leds burnt out. Does anyone know what it is off of so I can get a replacement. It's not the same as my 2000 that came off a ford van.

I replaced mine (2005) about 3 years ago and purchased it from the original mfg.  When I took the light out found the company name on the back side of the light and purchased the exact replacement from them.  If you are unable to I'd the mfg let me know.  I'm going to the coach in about a week and I'll look for the invoice.

Does that light fit the same indentation as the 2000? I would like to change that one to led.

No it's not the same, 2000 is from a 95ish ford econoline van.
