Sorry, never had to replace a radiator cap, so can't help there. Assume theirs is gone so they can't match it.
Hopefully, someone else with a U240 can check their radiator cap.
As far as coolant, any "approved for diesel" coolant is OK.
With the Caterpillar, particularly if they want 6 years of "put it in and forget it", I would use Caterpillar ELC. That way if they ever need more or have their coach in at a Caterpillar dealer they are covered. Use a water filter BLANK with ELC.
