Grey Tank Sensor

We have Sensa Tank installed in our coach, which, for the past 6 years has worked fine. Lately, the grey tank has decided to be unreliable. After emptying the tank, it will read 1/4 full. In the past, I had discovered sensors that came loose on the fresh water tank, and since they were easy to get to, they were easy to reattach.
I am not sure why the grey isn't working right, and I have NO IDEA where it is, or how I can access the sensors. I imagine that I would have to remove the bulkhead in the wet bay to access it??
Any guidance with this will be appreciated.

Okay...no replies, yet.
The problem still exists. Just emptied the grey tank, and sensor reads 1/4 full. Not life threatening, but I sure would like to try and address the issue.
does anyone know where the tank is located, and how to access it to get to the sensors?
Any help is appreciated
