Are the six pack rebuild kits the same as what Newell has?
Yes. Tom McCloud actually owns a Newell. I believe the only difference between the six packs is that ours have the pressure switches and those holes just have plugs in them on a Newell.

Lets try this.

Engine running in park. Not in Auto level. Dump all the air.  Sit back and see if any air bags start to air up.  You can go around and they all should be deflated and stay deflated.  If any one starts filling up the raise valve for that corner is leaking.

When you have air in bags with manual level (Not auto level). Does it stay like that for weeks?  If it does, then you have no leaking valves.

I am thinking you have two problems.  1, not going into travel mode, 2. Leaking valve on the front as Elliott's drawing shows.

I do not remember what the circuit board looked like but the newer boards have LED lights that tell you what the board is thinking should be happening.  You just need a manual to let you know what lite means what.

I just put it all the way down.
I'll check it in the morning.
Just thinking, with auto level off, where would the air to inflate the bags come from?
If it passes this test, try all the way up?

I built pressure with the coach all the way down And the left front came way up and the right front way down!
Right rear stayed down, left rear up an inch!
I ordered a new coil that should arrive on Monday, should have ordered 2!!!

Right front travel solenoid (coil) not working.
Left front is trying to compensate and bring it up into ride height, since the front only has a center ride height control valve.

I have printed out the HWH Manuals for the 600 Series and studied them.
As for travel mode, the green light doesn't always come on when the ignition is on and the air brake off.
You have the HWH 600 Series Manual.
The manual has clear step-by-step trouble shooting instructions.
Have you tried running the trouble shooting steps exactly as written?
If you did, you would see that Part 2 of the trouble shooting instructions tells you what to check if the Travel Light does not turn on.
Sometimes following the steps in the book is preferable to stumbling around in the dark.

Interested to see what you find. Mine has been doing similar for ten years. Took it to FOT in 2012. Thought they fixed it but they did not. Been living with drivers side higher than passenger since then.

Charlie, I know getting to the front 6-pack is a pain but Elliot's test is the most fool proof without throwing money at it. I for one have a strong aversion to doing that. I keep leaning toward a bad/leaky valve. Swap the 2, see if it changes to the other side. On my 2002 it was much easier after blocking the coach to remove the left tie rod end and swing the tie rod completely out of the way allowing me to sit right up in there to reach. Remember swap both the coil and valve together not just the coil.  Jim.

The swap is a reasonable way to go!
I'll give it a shot on Tuesday.
I should also receive a replacement air solenoid tomorrow.

I received my replacement solenoid today, tomorrow will be the big day! I'm fairly certain it will get the job done! I'll report!
I hope this doesn't go to far from center!

I replaced the right side front air solenoid and the coach now levels within 1/2 inch, success!!
The travel mode light still won't light and the warning bell continues to ding, ding, ding....,
I was attempting to disconnect the rear pressure sensor and the screw broke!!
The travel light only occasionally lights!
The trouble shooting guide says the warning light will stop if the sensor is disconnected, but no!
Trying to source a new rear sensor but hard to find!!
Many thanks to all who have helped me get the coach usable, especially Elliott and Dougw!
Does anyone know where I can get a new rear pressure sensor?

This pressure switch has been discussed in the past.  See links below for more info:

If the manual says the alarm will stop with the switch disconnected but it doesn't then maybe something else is causing the alarm.  Sounds like there will be more to the story.

Yup!!
But part of the fun is figuring it all out!!!
Love my slightly flawed RV!!!
Figuring it out and repairing it's issues keeps me on my toes!
Maybe improving my quality of life!!!
Sure beats watching tv from the couch!
