Wifi ranger with Skyus DS problem

We bought a used 2019 ih-45 with a wifi ranger / (Inseego) Skyus DS modem setup in it. When we got it, the internet (AT&T service)  worked fine. Of course, the previous owner then cut his service off, so I got a new simcard at AT&T. It wouldn't work. The modem was kind of beat up so I got another one, brand new, from Tiger Direct with AT&T firmware, got a brand new simcard and it won't work. There is a solid yellow led light on the Skyus. I was told it should be plug and play but I am convinced that I am missing something. I RV-C'd the coach and i also tried powercycling the Wifi Ranger. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA.
