what are these

they seem to be 12v fuses ?... when the reefer starts up several red and yellow lights com on ... but breakers are not tripping    O:)

Those are the HWH control boards for slide out and leveling.  Shouldn't have anything to do with the refrigerator. 

If on auto-level the system wakes up every half hour to check leveling.  Lights will come on then that happens  My guess is its just coincidence that you see the lights at the same time the fridge starts up.
