TST TPMS shout out

There I was minding my own business and I noticed the right rear inboard tire pressure dropping. Little while later after a ruff spot on I40 it made another jump down. Stopped in Williams  Arizona and checked and verified low filled up and figured it was the extension leaking. Took off again and every ruff spot the pressure would jump down in pressure. Stopped again and found that the stem in the steel wheel was leaking. If the wheel is rotated near the bottom and just a little forward you can reach from underneath.  Tightened up from underneath coach  (Safety stand installed) and reinflated.

TST paid for itself in full! I never would of know it was flat probably till it liberated from the coach
Highly recommend TPMS 👍👍

Good to hear Scott. It pays for itself when you realize it saved you a tire like you did. It was the second accessory I purchased behind a VMSPC from Roger.

Curiously, how old is the tire?

My tire minder saved me four new tires and brakes all around on my Jeep about a 1/4 mile before I started climbing wolf creek pass. Might have been the whole Jeep if things got hot enough.

I had extension failure on my previous coach so I took them off and finally got my tire minder
figured out so no more false alarms.

Glad you caught it and relatively easily solved the problem Scott.  Like you stated, without the TPMS system, you could have faced some much more serious issues.
Hope your trip is safe and trouble free.

I had a tough start to my TPMS rollout. Seems the seals included with mine might have been old and many were not sealing. Got a new set of seals and all has been well.

A TPMS (no matter the brand) is a good thing.

I to had several issue getting it to seal good and would prefer to have internal pass threw sensors but the advantages make it wort it.
