Dash Air Fan

The dash AC has been working great since I evacuated the system, put in Red Angel and completely recharged it two years ago.
Dash vent temperature has ranged from 38 when going through Wyoming with an outside temp of 94 to 42 going through Texas with an outside temp of 106.
My only disappointment is the dash blower speed.  When on high, it doesn't blow super hard.  It's enough to keep us cool up front, but would like to get more air flow.
Has anyone replaced and/or upgraded their dash air/defroster fan.  Sure would like to make it a true 3 speed with a high flow HIGH.

Mark, Make sure all of your blend doors are functioning properly. I'm not exactly sure but I think there is a vacuum motor and actuators for each door, if one is not closing or opening fully the fan will not be able to supply all the flow to the dash. hopeful others will chime in. Jim.

Do you get 3 distinct speeds from your fan?  Mine would lose high intermittently but always had low and medium.  Turned out to be a broken wire in the dash.

I will check both of the above next month when we return home.  Starting to cool down so not too concerned at this point.  I am also going to check to make sure nothing is obstructing the squirrel cage and it is clean.
Thanks to all, and I will take any and all suggestions. ^.^d

After reading your post I went and checked my system. For some reason the dash fan isn't working.
It's working out the floor and defrost dusts fine. The passengers side it works fine.
Something to check out. On my Monaco there were two dash fans that really made a difference in
cooling us and I have been wanting to put them in but couldn't figure out where until last week. Now
the the Silver leaf computer is moved I will put them on the middle tilt up panel. In the summer I will
point them toward us for cooling and in the winter towards the windshield to help with defrosting
although I haven't had any defrost problems with the Foretravel.

Peter, it sounds like the vacuum switches are not switching the blend doors from the defrost/floor to the dash.  I had this issue too.  I chased it and chased it, even replaced the vacuum switch for the dash control and couldn't get it to work.  In the end, I swapped the recirc vacuum switch (since I always leave that in max rather than fresh) with the dash switch and now it all works fine.  I can't explain why a new switch didn't solve the issue.

Is your system built by SGM as well?  Mine had a sticker inside the dash.

Keith I think yours is different than mine. I found the problem two of the vacuum hoses where
mixed up, working fine now. Question how many speeds is the fan suppose to have. Mine only
has 3 speeds?

Another thing I noticed when working on the controls the fresh air recirc switch is wired on my
coach to only work if the air-conditioner is turned on.
