Foreforums' Wiki [wiki.foreforums.com]

Michelle & Steve,

Did you guys do it again by building the Wiki web site ?

This is the first time I am aware of the Wiki information. . .  And I like it.

Speaking of alternative info, I was surprised at the tech questions on the Foretravel Facebook Social site.

It's been around for a while.  Unfortunately, some forum software updates must have broken the link.  It used to show up under "Community".  We'll look into fixing it with the next software update.  At some point we need to figure out some Wiki editors as well to keep adding to it.

I find Facebook frustrating and useless for any kind of real information exchange, long-term.  It's nearly impossible to do a proper search and the same questions (at least on the groups I'm in) get asked every single week, ad nauseum, month after month, year after year.  It wears down the more knowledgeable members, who over time gradually stop bothering to answer the same question repeatedly.  Most of the RV ones are 90+% personal travelogues and "influencer" gorp.

After reading this I thought there was a section in FF that had taken FB tech questions and the answers to be able to make them searchable. After searching and could not find that section I when and reread and realized it was just a comment.  Would be a neat idea if it could be done legally.
