What is this? Does it have anything to do with the cruise control?

So no guesses on what this connector is for? I pulled some wires from the right side of it and tried to look up based on the number stamp but it didn't seem to coincide with any numbers in my wiring schematic

How about backing this picture up where we can figure out where it is located. If we guess correctly do we win anything?  With no knowledge of where or what the cables go to I am going to take a WAG.  Transmission communication cable between TCM and transmission
