Fuel line replacement at Foretravel

Just finished up with new fuel lines, brake service, dash AC service and a new steel exterior step tray - two days. They put three guys on the fuel lines with an experienced crew chief and knocked them out in less than a day.

Scheduling and communication was good, also picked up a few parts. They seem to be using a team approach that puts a more experienced hand to keep things moving and allows the younger guys to work more efficiently.

Of that work the only thing fully in my wheel house would have been the step. I tried and failed on the AC. I've been taking a hybrid approach to upgrades, repairs and maintenance. Do what I can as a full timer with no home base. Do what I can physically. Do what doesn't compromise safety.

I'm thinking I will tackle shocks and air bags in the next 12 months.

Great to hear about your experience at FOT.

During Covid FOT seemed to be focusing on their newer coaches for service.
