Glenn, not sure if you can take that one apart, some you can, some you can't.  I replaced mine with a really nice one from Amazon.  You do have to be a contortionist to get at that spigot, but doable.  Maybe a 4 beer job or a good shot of whisky!  Good luck!

Ours went bad and we picked one up at Lowe's for around 50 bucks.
