Build dash alert - alarm when plugged into shore power with engine running

Some have created a dash warning buzzer/light that activates when shore power cord is powered from campground pedestal and ignition is on or engine is running.

120v relay at transfer switch that closes when shore cable has voltage.  Normal-open points are wired to dash alert.  Common relay fused connection is wired to an ignition-hot circuit or to isolator center post to power 12-volt dash alert.

Including the transmission neutral-start relay circuit could keep alert off when coach's transmission is in neutral.  Using a bypass switch will help silent alert when purposely turning ignition or running engine while not moving coach.

A worthwhile shore-cable detector.

This is a follow-on to TurboJack's question:
Do you not have a message on the dash display that you are plugged into shore power when engine is running like the ih45's do?
