Shower leak

I have a water leak behind my oven. I believe it's the mixing valve,if not, what is the easiest way to access the plumbing in this wall? Are the shower panels easily removed and does this give access to all the plumbing?? 88 grand villa...tia!

I think that if you take off the plate at the shower valve you will be able to see what is leaking. If it is a line probably have to remove the stove to access.
