Dash gauges, blinkers and windshield wipers only function intermittently

I have a 1991 Grand Villa and have noticed that everything seems to work then when driving down the street.... All the gauges drop, blinkers as well as windshield wipers stop working. All of the grounds under the dash seem tight and wires intact. Any advice on what else I should check will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Sounds like it could be the ignition solenoid behind the panel in front of the passenger seat. Check the connections on it, if tight and clean it may be worth swapping it out anyway to eliminate that one possibility.

Thanks for the tip. I was thinking that might be it so I got a test light from a truck stop and it looks like there is no power coming out of the solinoid when everything goes away so I'm sure that is it. Thanks again for the tip
