Tag Axle

I have an 08 Nimbus with a liftable tag axle. My question is when you lower the tag axle. Does it go to a set of stops? What controls how much weight it takes?
Thanks

Not sure what HWH system you have.  My Active Air system the tag air bags pressure is determined by the computer. There are only height sensors on both sides of the drive axle. None on the tags. If you look at the status screen on HWH display you would think that there are height controls on the tags, but they are computer generated.

I was curious as weight changes. How it changes the amount of weight the tag axles carrying. I guess like you say the HWH controls that. My panel doesn't really show that it just shows whether you're in travel mode or not.

Although mine has four slide outs. So I'm not really sure on the model, but it looks just like this one.

On your rear height control is there hoses connected to it or is there wires.  Do you have the drawing for the HWH air system. If your height controls are mechanical (air hoses) then I think your drawing is going to show a regulator that gives a percent of the pressure to the tags. Looking at a past picture I took of the pressures my drive axle had 93 psi to them and the tag had 61.

The below may be like your system. In looking at it I see two lines that go from the drive axle 6 pack to the tag pack. The tag pack also is getting full air so I am guessing the pack is set up to deliver a percentage of the drive axle pressure.
