Airforce One Coach Tank Options

The Jeep I purchased is completely set up for Airforce one. I need to get the coach tank ordered and see two options for Demco item 6231. See the two pic's attached, one has an additional valve or maybe drain assembly on bottom. Can anyone explain the difference and advise which I need for 2000 U320? Thanks!!!

The one with the valve would be DOT compliant and the other would work depending how you plumbed it.
