2001 U295 Torsion Arms

In getting ready for our next long range trip, I started looking at the front end and was wondering if anyone has ever serviced their Torsion Arms? Are there wear parts that need to be addressed?
They look to have just a 1"ish bolt through each end. No apparent means to lube them. Is there a bushing around that bolt?
Is this something that can be serviced/checked relatively easily?
Are they under any sort of pressure when the coach is fully raised on the safety stands.

Hoping that someone has some experience with them.
