Roof coatings that will go over bedliner

Well my 1999 u320 had a full paint job back at FT when it was about 4 years old and I believe they sprayed the roof with a bed liner. So when I bought it this past summer and started to walk on the top, I got spider like cracks over the bed liner where I stepped. It worries  me so I'd like to go over it with some sort of coating , but does anybody know what would stick to this  bedliner?
Thanks

Did you try calling FOT and ask them if they have any advice?

If FOT can tell you the brand of the coating they used, you could contact the manufacturer and ask them the question.

You could try calling Xtreme in NAC.  They are experts in the areas of bodywork and painting.  I'm guessing they may have run into this situation in the past, and could provide some valuable insight.
