Are Sheppard M100s all the same?

Are there any variations to them? Or if someone gets a m100 it's the same as any other?

I believe that the "Guts" are the same, however the configuration of the pittmon arm may be different do to the mounting location of the gearbox... On my 1994 U300 the arm is located opposite side of what I would think to be normal.  Just my opinion.  ???
