3208T Thermostatic radiator fan switch specs.

124277A oshkosh part # . Original closed cold opens@200 deg. Fan on what temp. should it close? fan off. I found #8037028 that opens at 200 deg.& closes at 190. I replaced fan relay on exh. brake panel under bed.4 screws that hold the panel on were very loose!
