Luke-warm water from AH

 Not getting hot water from AH, only warm.  Is there an easy adjustment for this?

Is only warm water coming from all hot water faucets?  If so, then the tempering valve located under the burner can be adjusted to increase the temp of the water.  Righty righty equals cooler, so turn lefty loosey 1/4 turn.  Older valves may need replacing.

If only at one faucet, the faucet is the problem

Just had this issue this summer. Had to replace guts in Tempering valve.

You can tap it with something and see if it frees up for a quick fix to get it working again. Been there, done that.

Yeah be careful turning it around because it's old like us and breaks easily.
