Window lube.

I have a couple of sliding windows in my '93 that are getting tough to open.
What are y'all using to lube them up so they slide better?

CRC Dry Lube Silicon Spray. Available almost anywhere. I even use it on the door seals. Makes closing the entry door easier and quieter--don't have to slam it shut.
