Slide lock pins o ring replacement

In the last couple years I have had a couple leaks from the top nut on the lock pins. Found the correct o rings yesterday so took them off to replace .. can't get the slide to move now.

Bedroom slide is fine and works fine.. living room is as though it has an air bubble or something in it .. does it need bled ? If so how would I do that?

Leveled it and can't seem to get it to budge.. after replacing the first one I tested and all was well. Think I have a bubble stuck somewhere .. any help would be appreciated. 2002 u320 living room slide

I doubt it s a bubble. Is this a first gen or second gen slide. Your yer was both. Check for a fuse or maybe the operating pad. You can switch them and see if it is the pad or the switch.

I believe it's the train version? Maybe a cylinder is stuck open

Anyone know where the directional valve would be? Or if it has one

Can anyone say if this system is a self bleeding system or not?

Seems like it's not making enough pressure

Anyone know the symptom of a bad solenoid on the pump?

It should be a self bleed. The  solenoid is in your bay and your manual will tell you which one is retract. Maybe tap I with a screwdriver.

Also there are. Bunch of fuses under there they sometimes shot out if the metal cover luges the HWH board. Look a the hwh and the wire Loom and see if you can find them all.

everything works as should up to the point of the slide moving. Motor kicks on and makes noise, just doesnt move. what would be a symptom of a bad solenoid?

Tried tapping.. looked at all the fuses I could find. I was able to get it retracted by bleeding the solenoid(or whatever you want to call it).

Not sure what to do next.

Did see a post earlier for some help in Las Vegas and someone posted a number to a guy .. hes mobile and I will call him on monday to look it over.

Maybe one of the magnets/sensor is not working ..Maybe its not talking or looping through the system.. I dont know and it has me stumped.. preventative maintenance.. wow what a day lol

I believe I have checked all the fuses.... in the foot well at the door, behind the cover on the passenger side bay.. any others you can think of?

on the original O ring ... I pulled the lock pin from the left side (facing it). Reinstalled everything and hit the button to test... pump ran but nothing happened (like it is doing now). Rechecked and found a plug I didnt connect for the magnet or the piece that goes inside the block... I think it reads the lock pin but not sure. After plugging it in the pump ran and the slide moved.

This is why I am thinking it might be one of the sensors or maybe a wire came loose or

is there a fuse somewhere else I can check?

Any IDeas would be appreciated

Almost has to be something that was moved or changed during the repair.  If you can interpret the lamps on the HWH controller that will give the answer.  It was long enough ago that we had a similar issue that I can't remember what lamps go with what sensors.

I had a 40 amp fuse in the excess wire loom by the pump. It was hidden there and I had the same symptoms

My HWH intelligence is pretty low. In one of my searches to increase that knowledge I ran across the attached PDF.

Let me know if it helps.

Final resolution was...

On the motherboard a 2amp fuse blew from the wire that was pinched.

we are up and working.. would have never found it. the board was the rear board in the stack. Little over $300.00 for the call.. so all in all not bad

This is why this forum is so valuable, fought an issue for a couple of days, finally found this thread and a 10 amp fuse fixed the problem.
