Slide Locking Pin Drains

Our coach is a 2000 single slide with locking pins.  If our slide awning is not extended and only the slide topper is above the slide, a mild rainstorm with a little wind can put enough water on the slide roof that gets into the slide pin receivers.  There is supposed to be a drain line from the slide pin receiver to the bottom of the slide to drain water out.  Our drains must be compromised as when water gets into the slide pin receivers, it drains into the slide out roof and drips inside from one or the puck lights. 
Has any performed a repair on the drain lines?  Is it possible to repair them to function properly and drain the water out the bottom of the slide?  I'm open to any suggestions for repair that will eliminate water from entering the roof of the slide out.  We take precautions and bring the slide in if wind doesn't allow extending the slide awning.  But would be much better if we could solve the problem.

On the side of the pin receivers is the drain hole. It goes to a tubing that connects together and drained out center of the slide. All is acceptable from inside. Sound like one of the tubes is loose or the skin is delaminated???

Scott, are you saying the tubing is accessible from inside the coach?  What would I have to remove to access the tubing?  If I remove the pin receiver is the tubing, am I likely able to pull the tubing out with new attached?  Is the tubing accessible by removing the window?  Sorry, all I have is questions.  I have blown low pressure air thru both the lines and I does appear to me the tubing is disconnected or plugged up.  Thanks, for your input.

Sorry didn't notice your question. In the 2001 there is covers in the cabinet for the upper fitting. Mine goes into the slide wall and exits in the bottom of the slide outside of the bladder seal. With the slide out and the awning setting on the top you can access the slide pin receiver blocks. In the bottom of the hole clean out all the crap and the drain is in the center and goes out horizontally.
Mine were full of mud dauber nests. Mine were also delaminated and would leak water inside. Everyone should annually clean and inspect to prevent leaks. Evan's photos help describe better

Thanks Scott, the photos help a lot.  I do not have the cabinets in my slide but there is a fir down box for lighting that I can remove and maybe access the areas in your photos.  I'll post when I get that far along.  Thanks again!
