Slide seal air tubing access on 2004
I had a rat get into the wiring run down the center ceiling of the basement and so far the only issue I have found is that it chewed through the air tubing to the main living room slide seal.
I was having an air leak related to my living room slide and with my poor hearing I couldn't tell where it was coming from. I first found a significant leak from the slide manifold shut off valve. Once that was replaced I still was hearing a leak and noticed that I had a lot of free play in the air tubing on the output side of the slide manifold. Ultimately I pulled out about 4 feet of tubing that was entirely chewed through.
It would appear that I will need to access the tubing through the slide opening itself unless someone else has any better ideas. I'm hoping if I get the slide pushed into the coach that I will be able to access where the tubing connects to the slide seal and replace the entire segment that goes to the slide manifold. Does anyone know how to allow the slide to be pushed into the coach?
The other potential would be to try to drop the basement ceiling cover holding up the wiring run and see if I can access the remaining end of the tubing but I doubt I will be able to reach where it was chewed through given that I pulled 4 feet out. I don't know what the path is that the tubing takes from the center wiring run between the frame rails out to the slide seal area.
