Location for audit systems monitor fuses

Can anyone tell me where the location is for the audit systems monitor fuses.  See schematic attached.
It says top view.  But where?

Terminal 9 says coach battery and goes to the monitor which shows the fuse going to the dash panel fuses. They are behind the panel in front of the passenger seat.
