ORED vacuum pump line?

This has started leaking air and I'm just wondering what it is before I just cap the line off. It's under the front "hood" of my GV next to your classic Dorman electric vacuum pump. Was it perhaps for an air operated vacuum generator and some point?

Wonder if it is air (vs vacuum), perhaps to run air horns.  Is it leaking air OUT or IN?

Air is leaking out. It's a 1/4" line going to the little device that splits it into three nipples that look like other much smaller airlines could be attached to. Those little black caps just cover the nipples and that's all that's preventing air from leaking out of them. My airhorns work fine last time I checked

That was the vacuum generator for the dash heater/ac control.someone replaced it with the dorman 12 volt. You can cap the 1/4 inch air line.
