7 wire trailer plug

1996. I had a new trailer plug wired in ( old one was worn ) and now I don't have a 12 volt supply. Problem is, I don't remember if it came with one.
Anybody know?
1996 U295-36, Cummins 300hp, 8.3. Build number 4864. Vin number 1F97D536XTNO54271. Purchased October 31, 2019.

If you mean 12V for charge line, the coaches were not originally factory-wired with one, even on the 6-pin.

Many have added that line when setting up to tow.
