Emergency fridge vent cover

We have a residential fridge and I had to switch out my dedicated inverter which started smoking about a month ago.  So I plugged it into the original 110 outlet until installing a new dedicated PSW inverter and then switched over to the inverter plug for our trip. Evidently I didn't lock it down properly because when we arrived at Terlingua last night it was gone. Rebecca commented that it was very drafty around the pocket door on the way down. Not surprising.

I'm a string saver, so I had some frp from the original fridge box in the bay. Pulled out the jig saw and tape measure and made a temporary cover this afternoon. A little vHB tape and then Gorilla tape. It will do until our replacement cover meets us in Fort Worth.

While you are in Terlingua check and see if Margrette the quilt lady is still around. I would think that she most likely has moved back to the big city where here kids live.
