Mystery wiring and rubber hose

I have this mystery coil of wire and a rubber hose in my diesel / propane bay. Can anyone shed some light as to what they are for?

No Idea.

Looks like the hose drains through the basement floor, is that correct?
The wire loom looks like it has a label on it, does it have any nomenclature/numbers on it?
Can you see where the other end goes?  To another bay or into the coach, like maybe it was plumbed to a dehumidifier or something like that?

Can we see a picture of the whole bay.  Do you have wires going to the tank gauge.  It could be the readout for how full the tank is and it has been disconnected.

The hose could be the vent hose for the diesel tank.

I agree that the hose looks like a drain that goes through the floor - could that wire loom be from a propane level gauge that is now gone?
