Wanted: KOOL O MATIC Thermostat model RV-12 wall mount

Wanted: KOOL O MATIC Thermostat model RV-12 wall mount with rocker switch positions LOW-OFF-HIGH.
This would be a replacement for my 12 volt model in my 99 U320.

Dennis, Since I never used the thermostat function of the Kool-O-Matic fan, I just replaced it with a simple single pole, double throw, center off switch.  I think it made a much cleaner installation as well.

Ernie, thanks I've checked with them and they have the wrong ones for me.

Jan & Richard, that is a very clean look and I will check into that type of change, thank you for the idea.

I moved ours, from up high on the wall above the cooktop, down to the panel next to the kitchen window.  Still works great.  Sorry, not for sale.

Stump, thanks for your post, I had looked at that one but I wanted to match the original one which is a RV-12 not the TD-113.
I think I have found one.
