Oil or Diesel leaking from propane overflow

Have a oiling leak from the propane overflow.  Have told this might be the value going bad.  Any one had this problem and where is best place to repair  FT or other.

Are you sure it is not spilled diesel, there is no oil in the propane, take a look at the tank (diesel) fittings on top for evidence of oil-dirt. Also check aroud the filler cap

Oil in propane is a problem but it won't go away. It comes from worn compressors in the handling of propane from the refinery and from the various distributers.  Usually found in the lowest point in the system.  Can cause some problems, but normally nothing to worry about.

Yup, many times you can get heavier hydrocarbon chain contaminants in propane.  It shows up as oil in the liquid LP lines and can show up in the vapor lines if the tank is overfilled.  Normally, vapor lines don't contain these contaminants because the longer hydrocarbon chains boil at a much higher point than propane, so they remain a liquid in the bottom of the tank.

Are you taking about a leak from the overpressure valve or from the vent that is opened to signify the tank is to the proper fill level?  Use some soap on it to see if there is a leak.  If so, go to a propane service location and have it replaced.

It is not uncommon to have this issue from our liquid withdrawal LP engine systems.
Frequently requiring a new converter (Liquid to vapor converter or vaporizer) for our engines.
Like mentioned, just clean it up, check for leaking.
