After owning two non tag coaches and now one with a tag the difference in ride and stability is amazing. A 38foot with a tag is a great size and will drive great too and you will stop better as well.

Before we bought our 03' 40 tag, we looked at 2 38' tags and loved them both.  We went with 40' for the extra interior and basement storage-there is quite a bit of difference.  Some people told us that the 38' was almost a sports car( in comparison) due to somewhat less weight and the ISM.  Good luck in your search.

My 36 foot U320 nonslide was a sports car in comparison but then again, my ride is much better now than I had before and before was wonderful. I do not feel the bow wave pressure of a high speed Prevost or truck any longer but I still watch for them.  The tag makes the directional stability much better. As to the ride it just is different but not much better. The addition of the Koni FSD made a bigger improvement.
