Our own personal driver/ mechanic

We finally got our new to us 38 U320 home tonight.  The best part is that it came with Craig Dorsett from MOT.  Craig delivered the coach to us from Texas to Alberta, Canada (2000 miles) so we could register it up here and then will be returning the coach to Texas so we can use it this winter in warmer climes.  He is staying with us for several days so we will be able to get first hand knowledge and help on any issues that may arise.  We are very excited.

WOW.

Take good care of Craig and feed him well.  Those Texas guys have big appetites.

Congratulations on the new motorhome.  You will be the envy of all in Alberta.

All motorhomes should come with their own mechanic for a few days. I know I could have used one to show me the ropes after forgetting just about everything I was shown at time of purchase.
Can I borrow him?

Glad to hear that the coach arrived, talk about one heck of a test drive :)  With Craig s experience he should be able to tell you anything that you need to know about the coach and better yet after 2K miles anything you might want to consider having done to it.

Not only feed him but keep the poor man warm, I bet the temps are dipping into the low 40's high 30's at night, he will be in shock.  Will he be there over Canadian Thanksgiving eh?

Yes, Craig will be here for thanksgiving.  Trying to give him a real Canadian experience.  He has been great, repairing little things that he noticed on the way up.  We will put new tires on tommorrow as the ones on there are the original and need replacing.  We are probably looking at replacing the coach batteries as well.  Hopefully after those items and the payment of taxes at the border I will done with the large expenses for a long time.  Wishful thinking?

I saw Craig the day he got back. The alarm company called him and he showed up that night and told me he had a great time.
