Doorbell switch, waterproof

Hello,
          My doorbell did not work so as I investigated it and found the coils of the doorbell melted. There have been reported incidences of Foretravel fires started by this. I added a 1 amp fuse in line with the doorbell. A coating of silicone grease has kept the button from sticking most of the time but there has to be a better way.  I did all of this a while ago but have some time off to get to the switch.     
        Does anyone know of a pushbutton waterproof switch that will fit into the existing doorbell hole. The old switch works but it does stick once in a while. I am reluctant to take the old one out until I know how it is mounted in the coach. I have looked at some marine switches but not sure how the old one is mounted and what kind of clearance is inside the frame. Maybe the best way is to just mount a waterproof switch on the skin and seal up the wires that penetrate the side wall.

Foretravel has a doorbell button that looks to be waterprooof.  It has 4 wires, 2 for doorbell & 2 for built-in LED.
