Removing Salon Table after Logbook Slide Down into the Back

Our logbook slipped behind the "pick-up-and-slide-down" salon table (co-pilot side between the bucket seat and the recliner. I've removed three screws in the back just above where the table slides down but it's not moving. How does this table come apart? I can't imagine that they've glued it all together since stuff sliding down that table and then down into the back of that (liquor?) cupboard has to be common.

Inside the doors at the bottom are some screws. 3 I think. The whole contraption has to come off the wall.

I have found (and removed) three long (3-inch) screws above the table (hidding by felt tabs). I'll have to look for three at the bottom inside the doors. I've also found screws vertically inside the doors at the top.

Thanks,
