Outstanding service from Mike Rogers at MOT

A positive experience today with Mike Rogers at MOT is worth mentioning. 

We are in north central Florida – at least 1500 miles away from MOT and we are getting service at a Monaco dealer/service center.  Understandably,  the Florida dealer is not as familiar with Foretravel as we would like, but it is what it is.

On two occasions Mike has helped the tech working on our coach by answering questions about the HWH slide out system.  On the latest round of questions it was discovered that we need a new regulator which the Monaco service center did not have in stock.  MOT has the part in stock and Mike is having it shipped overnight to our campground at Salt Springs.  It is a simple threaded device that even I can install.

Mike understands that if we were close to Nac that we would have been in his shop getting the service from him, and Mike also  knows that good service includes helping their customers even when they are getting work done from someone else.  This is one more reason why MOT has built such a solid reputation as an honest, straight-forward, first-class-operation.  We are all fortunate that Dave Robertson has instilled the principles of good customer service in all of his crew.  We will be back in Nac at MOT whenever we can.
